It is worth trying to chat, however most of the chatting is done in guilds and this section of the forum is mainly used for random questions even though it is strategy and tactics

Otherwise, the rest of the sections are quite obvious as to what they are used for. Personally I will recommend you trying to join a guild, as it enhances the experience of UR exponentially
