My opponent quit in a tournament and i am the one who lost and suffered loss 20 point . its not fair. can someone explain?

Well, a few days ago my card won the fight but the opponent card's ability was still triggered and made me lose the match. Maybe there are some bugs in the game from time to time.

It is very possible your internet connection timed out for a minute. When that occurs you need to restart your wifi connection. It will state you lost a match when it appears your opponent timed out when in reality you have.
