Everytime there is an equal attack like my Don who has 18 att and an Ambre with an 18 att, Mine always loose.
In every game, with any characters? Why?

Lower star count wins
If it is the same courage wins

Why do people keep on not reading the rules?

If there is an equal attack, card with less stars wins
If attack and star count are equal, attacking (starting the round) character wins

cosnidering it is no random ofc

Did she move first? if yes, then that's your answer. Basically, if the star count is the same, then it depends on whoever moves first.

In most games, it's non-random. Which means a few things:
The character with higher attack always wins.
If two characters are tied in attack, the one with the lower level wins.
If the characters are the same level, the one that was played first wins. IE, if your opponent played Ambre first, the Ambre would win if you both ended up tied in attack.

The character with the highest level loses in equal attack battles.

If they are on the same level, the one played first (The "Courage" one) will win.
