It's simple here are the rules...
1 - 35 stars maximum deck size.
2 - ELO banned cards are banned here.
3 - No rare cards allowed in decks.(Meaning you will play with only commons and uncommons )
4 - ...no more rules...
Entry costs 250 clintz and a card.In the end the winners will take:
1st place - 60% of the cards and Blaaster
2nd place - 20% of the cards and Timmy
3rd place - 20% of the cards
The deadline is 17.02.2008
Then I'll post another topic with the participating players and the cards they entered with.

Btw the percent stuff means:
10 players = 10 cards (60% = 6 cards)
5 players = 5 cards (60% = 3 cards)
and so on if it's not a full number for example
