Try looking at the Player's guild tab there is a selection there guild forum or at the Community Messageboard the board below Strategy and Tactics is your guild's messageboard.

Hi welcome to the forums. Sadly there is no official guild wars but some guilds can organize tournaments for their guild members or against other guilds.
