If you don't want to play log off or go to the other chambers to play.
So people that want to play more than 10 battle's per hour can do that.

another thing you see , sometimes you're doing too good. and that's bad as , for example, the guy who challenged you has a friend who can pass you in rankings during a very slow fight ....

Yeah that really is a problem, guilds do that all the time it isn't only stupid but its unfair

Should people get penalyzed for doing this? for example resetting there best card to the lowest lvl or cash fine as penalties.

Resetting cards wouldn't help they get xp for leveling them again, it is something that would be really hard to prove
