Ok. Are this official rules of this tournament?
28 stars deck
no CR cards
Player with 3 wins is winner (no 3 duels but 3 wins?)

What about double cards (hope no double cards)? And should I send my deck to somebody to see if it is correct?
It would be nice if somebody write detailed rules.

It looks I find it:
no collectors, maximum 28 stars..no other limitation...
it means can be ELO forbiden cards and can be doubles... Is it ok?

I think it's optional, PM decks to the organiser not here. Everyone will know what you're using then...LOL

I believe everybody will be fair play and do not need confirmation of oponents decks.
