Solid DR/Posion deck.

If you ever get the clintz, I would swap Deebler for Chiara, because even though it is off the life gain/DR/Posions theme, she is just amazing.

Seems like a solid and generally annoying deck to play against, which makes it for ELO!
lordorgg's suggestion is sound, though - Chiara is a definite late-game changer and helps you win the important ones in 3rd/4th.
