So i want to make and ELO deck with Ulu/Junkz.
I cant make up my mind on which characters to pick.
Any pointers on which characters i should use.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Ulu Junks, eh? Some staples I suggest putting in:
Gil - Great card, if too expensive then leave it out.
Veenyle - A great DR for me
Rowdy - Not staple, but very powerful.
Gabrielle - The other DR

I dunno much about the Ulu side, except Gabrielle.

Ulu Watu
Buck 4*
Nanook 3*
Gaia 3*
Gabrielle 2*
Total 12*

I was thinking for Junkz: Gil, Rowdy, Dash, and Taham. Which would give me some good abilities and power/dmg.
For the Ulu i was thinking: Gaia, Nanook, Taigo, and and Gabrielle
I dont know if that would work.
Looks okay but any advice?

Yea it looks good only that i have 20k, and its gonna cost me 30k to get the cards i dont have out of those.

Well i got that deck set up like shadowcouncil said but people this week just only use Hugo with full decks and it gets annoying
