I know a lot of players don't like it. but what about the players that do. Surely we should be given the option to join in the action

Hi Rebel, you can play random but its a majority thing.
So, if 8 out 10 players have their preferences set to "Normal" (random) then that is what the room will become for the remainder of the deathmatch.
Yes its a pain and there have been several threads on this (Mine included)

Because most ppls preference is on non random but also no offence but random is kinda pointless theres no caculations involved an basically pure luck a 2 year old can win all their battles aslong as its on random
