Uppers in Survivor?

Hi, I am still kinda new and would like have a fresh start in survivor T2. I would like to keep the deck on a relatively low budget. I have some Uppers and Montana cards that I use for Dts. Is it possible to build a good survivor T2 deck with Uppers or Montana? I would love to get some advice.

Montana would work for the beginning but wouldn't do so well after you end up with less and less pillz (for their bonus to work you need to spend at least a pill). Uppers on the other hand make an excellent half with giants such as Jackie, and Dorian, plus Zatman who forces pillz and can win a round when called to do so.
