Ok well 1st OF ALL, in GENERAL:

Any of the top 3-5 cards of a strong ELO clan can't really be overpriced...
Any card that has more than 3% chance of being CR soon/ eventually can't be overpriced (although they may come close)...
You also have to consider Type 2 and Survivor
You have to ignore current CRs by principle

All- Stars: Hammer and Liu, clearly. They certainly have no place in ELO
Bangers: Juicy Lord
Fang Pi: Hattori, Ryuichi, Kinjo, Lost Hog, Macumba... I mean, they suck even worse than...
Freaks: Akendram, Boris
GHEIST: Lin Xia, Zero Dead. I think Leviatonn is slightly over priced but not ridiculously so
Jungo: Practically the whole clan but that's due to CR spec... but Bragh and Chill stand out
Junkz: Gil, since they aren't a strong clan, and Veenyle who is horrid
Junta: Jane Ramba
Montana: Griezzo
Nightmare: Phyllis
Skeelz: Jay
Ulu Watu: Gabrielle although she's now dropped considerably.
