Its not an Odinary Event .. Its an Event of 3 Rounds and there will be only 20-30 Peoples attending the 1st round and there will be 3 groups , then 10-15 people attending 2nd round and finally 5-7 people will be in final .. And 3 high-five persons will be awarded by jackpot and Other 2-4 persons will get something from jackpot or some cards from my collection ..
Thats , But remeber must be a **ACTIVE PLAYER OF UPTO LEVEL 35+
Rules :

Rule #1 : Must accept the Jackpot if its in the proper way as i listed in the Prizes .
Rule #2 : Must be a Good and Active plaers who at least cheeks Urban-rivals twice a week.
Rule #3 : Don't make any complain or Suggetion in the Board , Just PM me .
Rule #4 : Don't Panic if Anything Wrong happens .
Rule #5 ( OPTIONAL ) : Please Rate green when you join.

The 2nd prize is : 30% of the Jackpot
The 3rd prize is : 20% Of the Jakcpot
The 4th Prize is : A rare Card

Excuding the 1st, 2nd , 3rd the rest next 10 Players will be attended into a Lucky Draw and the Winner will win 2x special cards from Junkz , Sentinal Or maybe Bezerk .

Your deck format doesn't make a lot of sense. 30-37 stars? 8-9 characters? Maximum of 2 clans? It is just a little odd to me.

I understand but everybody is going to go with a 8 card, 37* Uppers/Saks. Just a highly unusual format to me

Come on ppls.. i'm not in the EVEWNT, so it's not for my own advantages.. ANYWAY the HIGH STAR DECK WITH HIGH STAR Clans only because of SOME overall rich peoples are in this game and the jackpot is 1000 clintz.. so it's for the only overall all time rich players who can fight with their High five cards so the EVENT battle goes a little duzzy and IN DANGER
