I really do hate these threads (no offence intended). You can ask what deck is good, we can answer that, but what you are really doing is robbing yourself of the opportunity to get ACTUAL match experience and skills to be able to use good decks.

So here is what I suggest you do. Go into the ELO room, play thousands of games and learn from your mistakes, become good at ELO and start making tops, continue to do that.

Wow, the first poster literally summed up everything I was going to say.

While getting experience is certainly a great way to become better at ELO, not everyone is willing and able to dedicate the time and effort to "play thousands of games and learn from your mistakes". Some people just want to play casually, but be able to compete to a certain extent, which I don't think requires that much dedication to UR.

Besides, it can't hurt to help a newbie, can it? :o

Apologies LimitBender for trying to help a newbie become a pro. If he wants to play casually, he can play casually - but when your playing casually, do you really need to ask others for a "good deck"?

My decks might be too cheap for the job, although it's easier to have a cheap bone and find upgrades

"Good decks" aren't and shouldn't be restricted solely to the players who can dedicate extensive amounts of time to the game. Casual players should be able to win too.

@ 0 Comeatme

Never hurts to speed up the process does it?

For a cheap deck, try Allstars and a clan of your choice.

All Stars half: Marina, Nathan, Saki, Jessie (when Saki is banned, use Randy)

Possible other half

Roots: Gretchen, Tuck, Treeman, Rico

Roots is cheap.

^Wouldn't SOB destroy that deck? I'm wondering because I'm thinking of building a deck w/ an All Star half.
