What does it mean when you get 3 characters out of 35 new people in the town?? does that mean you get 105 characters in total?? or 3 in total???

It means, there are 154 cards in the game atm...
When you buy a new blood deck, you get 3 cards out of the 35 cards most recently added to the game, as oposed to cards chosen from a set of clans like the other 20 credit packs.
