What means selling to kate? I mean when you go to your collection and you clic on "Sell this character" appears "public" "private" and "kate"
can you help me understand?

It means you sell it to the people that run the game but you don't get the amount of clintz that the card is worth if you sell it to Kate so i would advise you to get sum credits so that you can sell to the players for a price that you choose not a price that the computer chooses
