Hello all,
In order to protect your cards and clintz, if your account is used by someone else without your consent because of a phishing or any other hacking technique, we implement today a new protection system.
How does this system work and what will it change during a sale or a secured trade?
When the transaction has more or less the same value as in the Market (99% of the cases), it doesn’t change anything.
But if the transaction value is different (example: DJ Korr for 50 clintz) then, the new system sends a confirmation email to the «disadvantaged» player.
An email will be sent to the email address linked to your account.

If your account is not confirmed, you will have to confirm it to be able to make the trade or the sale.
When it’s done, your preference page much show this:

In the email you will receive, a link will send you on a page where you’ll be able to accept or refuse the transaction.

Once the transaction is validated, the trade or the sale can continue, you will have to complete it again yourself.
Good to know: after agreeing to be «disadvantaged» during a transaction with a player, you won’t need to confirm transactions with this same player during one month.

Good update. It will make stealing cards harder and if you want to give away a few cards e.c.t you only have to accept once.
Now all we need is a way to lend cards to friends whilst keeping them joined to your account and thats all the safe updates ive fought of.

Cool if it works properly... However the first time you rolled it out I never recieved any emails and had to take back several loan offers to guildmates as they couldn't take cards

Now make it where unevolved cards can't be sold. Then pfullers will never beat me at #1 in xp right?

@chaoswolf: emm, I gift / event / loan heavily and I love it. Unlike last time it works, and email is instant. One click to auhorise for a month vs someone hacking and ripping your collection.... Or are you saying one click for a player (its not one per card) is too awkward when you'll be on a browser anyway?
I'll take the one click option please (says the man that loaned 14 Rescue 10k+ including both crs last night to a guildie and has cards like Tessa, Vickie and Lamar to lose)

I think that this is a very smart idea. GJ staff!
