If you don't have 15k and need something even cheaper, but also more effective you can also try any of my budget decks.
Hugo/Uppers. is only around 6.5k total. I've also won DTs' wit this deck as well.
Ballroom Blitz! is also around 6.5k. I've won multiple DTs' with this deck as well. Only a 1 card change. If you prefer power=opp power then this would be better suited to you. Otherwise use the first deck with Frankie.
Again, these are budget decks and the best Uppers decks will usually use Jackie in place of Jody, but again... these are budget decks.
