I need help building a Junkz and All-Stars deck.

Good abilities and not too much stars, but still contains some 5 stars

Why 5 stars? Both clans power comes from their 2s, 3s and 4s. Seeing lv 17, I assume clintz lite?

If you got the clintz/cards Malmoth to Rowdy, Dreen to Gil and Alexei to Striker.

For Daily Tournament i would put Striker/Marina (if can afford) on Randy's place so u hav a solid deck with 26 stars (T2) and as so often facing higher stars decks and getting nice points.

In my opinion Randy is the card to keep in a DT preset!!
When you are rich enough, put Striker instead of Alexei but don't remove Randy !

Put Peeler/Fuzz for Malmoth when you get the money, then Alexei to Striker.
