Hi, im kinda new to this game, but looking at making maybe a GHEIST or vortext type deck, any ideas where to start?

Personally, when I first started, the clan I found most useful was Rescue because of their bonus. I haven't used them for a long time, but I found Hax, Suzie, Anita, Wesley, Slyde, Elvira, Lea and Steve managed to get me the credits for me to start getting other cards.
