Krash's New Elo Rescue is an option at 19k clintz. If that's still too expensive, you could try swapping out Kerry/Steve for Suzie/Larry, but that makes the deck more of an idea for Daily Tournaments and much less for ELO.
Slyde is a decent reduction, but both she and Pam are not good if their abilities are stopped, and Wesley is low on damage, on most cases I would go with Slyde though.
