Depends on the deck. If Rei offers KOs with 4 or more cards that Ralph doesn't KO with or needs to fury to KO with then Rei is better for that deck. But with that said i think you should be running both in Mono Fang Pi DT deck.

Askai in half, Askai in mono on SoA weeks, debatably better overall than Troompah. She's overrated IMO, I'm glad Jungo haters have something else to spend their ban votes on
