Tried using these guys in the past for ELO but they do not work as well as attack/power manipulation clans. Any ideas who they would pair off well with?

Mono FPC work well, but not in a topheavy deck. You are missing some FPC staples here: Heitachi, Futoshi, and Shifou. Shifou is mandatory for srsbidnits FPC ELO. Zhu Tang is also amazing in a mono FPC deck.
If you want to run them in a split, try a low-star NM half. Artus adds great DR to your lineup, Pan and Phyllis add some DR penetration, and can toe-to-toe with attack manip clans, if they give you trouble.

Ahh, ok thanks you two. I really do need to buy a Shifou.. I will try that loadout you suggested DUC.

Junkz can go good with FPC some nice round winners and pill manip low stars plus FPC power and damage cards can create a strategically explosive deck
