I'm planning to make a new deck with an estimated budget of 27000 clintz. any idea on what clans to choose, i'm making a standard tourney deck my previous deck was a Fang Pi - Nightmare deck. Please help.

Any attack manipulation clans are good in low * DT decks because it makes up for the low power low * cards can have.

Uppers are pretty good w/ good 6 DAM cards. Pair them up w/ another good clan w/ 6+ DAM and that can make a good deck.

Which is better in tourney 25 or lower star count or 26 and higher???

Nowadays they are more even (new points scoring system). Though over are probably better w/ more 2HKO opportunities.

Both low * decks and high * ko decks can work well.
