I have 42k on me , and i wanna make a deck for ELO .
*I dont get to play much , so i wont be playing with standard cards
*I would like to play with half decks .
*Also , i haven't played much since new ELO rules came into place [14 life and all] , personally i m having trouble with it . Could someone suggest me some tips as well .

Jungo kinda rules elo at the moment, this week a bit less because of Freaks unbanns, but anyway
Jungo makes a very worthy elo deck that is not that expensive and very flexible too
you can try : Askai, Benicio, Buba, Rodney, Scopica, Ashiko, Jean, Pegh ( this is what i like in Jungo )
but Askai can be replaced with Ongh/troohmpah , Benicio to 3* and another 2* to a 3*
Scopica to Radek/ Nyema, Ashiko to Mindy
you can buy all those cards with your 42k ( except Ongh ) and dont have to worry about your deck being banned

2. Nightmare + Jungo
Eggman (4) + Pegh (2) + Rodney (3) + Jean (2)/Gerald(3) => JG(11/12)
Arawaka (3) + Ozzy (5) + Artus (2) + Pan (3) / Russel (4) => (13/14)
