Yes we know about the +3 life glitch. We're working on it.

Confirmed, + life is happening with SUPPORT characters.
Try SOB against Rescue, they will not get + life, but Taijon will get ..

Dont know if it has anything to do with it but I had a card not level up o.O
In the end I used xpbank xp to make it level
