As its been stated b4 its a cutoff so that everyone under the sun wont be messaging euzebe about the mod spot, it shows that your active in the game for the most part with a lil dedication to the game and im guessing by the time some1 is at lvl 50 they should pretty much know the ropes of the game (we want things EZ 4 euzebe) dueces
