This year the competition was stiffer than ever! But Stella won it by several cosmic miles over her stunning rivals, Tsubame and Isatis. this card is almost as good as normal Stella
good thing about her ability:
because her - attack can sneak UNDER Montana bonus
0 pill on this card, and Montana card need 23 or more attack to beat this card!
minimum 11 is not really a problem as her bonus cover the rest
minimum 11 and then reduce it again by 8 attack = 3 (which is minimum of Sakrohm bonus)
you can say she is -16 attack min 3
bad thing about her high minimum is that when she against card like Ghumbo, Askai, Raeth etc
also, SOB will makes her need 1 more pillz (like Askai and Montana weaknesses, their minimum above their power)
she needs to pillz against card which has SOB and - power (card like Tula), since her minimum is pretty high (the highest so far in UR) however, against Tula and a like, it's like suicide to pair Tula against this card, it's a guarantee 6 damage with few pillz
another weaknesses which normal Stella does not has is that Miss Stella cannot do 0 pillz against another Sakrohm and Uppers. (since she is a five stars)
all in all, very similar comment with Stella: very versatile card in many situation

It's neat how the ability of Miss Clint City is , with two exceptions, the overy close t the ability of the original card. Exception number 1 is Miss Chloe, who has the same ability as Chloe, and Miss Stella, who has the opposite of Stella's ability

After all the problems urban rivals had with the card being delayed because she didn't want to appear in her birthday suit, she goes ahead and wears it in her last form anyway.
