For an easy unlock, put a card you only have one of up for sale for an unreasonable price, then cancel the sale. The game will check for the new mission and unlock it.

@BigMM - it's not missing, I guess it's a leftover mission from the time, when this LD was first available. You started it but never finished, and now it's finishing.

To unlock missions simply complete another one or do as said in post #11
