Hi, i was wondering, do new characters only appear in the new blood packs? if i bought for example, the elite pack, is there a probability that a new character would appear in the elite pack that i bought? Thanks in advance

No, they appear in all packs as long as you pick their respective clan at the clan selection when you go to buy the pack

Lesser chance than from NB, but yes. Gatuchica and co. can appear from Ultimate and Elite packs that include Huracan.
