I'd try a GHEIST/junks deck

GHEIST: Methane selsya Nina Vryer
junks: Berserkgirl Malmoth veenyle Otakool

maybe get a Keanew and switch him with Otakool, or switch him with Malmoth and switch Nina with XU52

That is pretty good! i would prefer a pussycat with higher power than Sakura like doloris boss or noon stevens, but whatever works for you.

Your best hand can outwit Ulu Wat with is this 2 combination build that can finish the game in 2 Turns.
This is not a noob friendly deck, you need to practice as an aggresive player.
