Is an ELO deck comprising of Bangers and Pussycats any good?

Now that Jackie, Baby Q & Wanda have been banned fron the ELO mode, are the Pussycats and Uppers Combination still a force to be afraid of?

OH Bangers and ulu watus are the most expensive clans nowadays(GHEIST and Fang Pi Clang are also rising)

Use some unevolved cards to beat the ur enemies.... like Gwen and svethelana thats all i can say(this deck can be like balanced coz its has it defence and offense)

Omg the stars represents each level(u could only have 25 stars in elo mode)

Unevolved cards are good because they have less stars but they still have the bonus... mostly used in Pussycats to get their bonus of dmg reduce
