Ok, one possible ELO deck is to have Junta and Pussycats. You would have Wardog, Bruce, Leo, and Jane Ramba for Junta, and Charlie, Yayoi, Feelyn and Gwen for Pussycats. You have most of the cards for this deck, all you need to get is Gwen and Jane Ramba.

You can also have Junta Sakrohm. Bruce, Leo, Wardog and Jane Ramba for junta, and GraksmxxT, Venus, Caciope and Uranus for Sakrohm. You also have most cards for this deck.

Another deck you almost have all the cards for is Roots Pussycats. Ratanah, Noodile, Yookie Narendra for Roots, Yayoi, Feelyn, Gwen and Noon Steevens for Pussycats. This is the cheapest deck for you to make since the only cards you need to buy for it are Gwen and Noon Steevens, both reasonably cheap.

Ashigaru shouldn't go in any of the decks layhorse propsed for you, leaders aren't that great in elo, except maybe Hugo, but still they are lvl 5 and if you noticed none of the cards in either of the 3 decks have a 5 star meaning to fit any 5 star will require you to change 2 cards and thus weaking your deck badly

Depending on your playing style, Leader cards except Hugo aren't well suited for ELO decks.

They take too many resources and give too little back.
In my opinion if you are going to use a Leader card this is the order to use it and when.

Hugo - General
Ambre - If you don't have Hugo Maxed.
Morphun - If you're play style is that of a pill hog.
Bridget - If you have a defensive deck (light on Attack, heavy on damage)
Timbre - If you have an offensive deck (Heavy on Attack, light on damage)
Ashiguru - not worth it.
Vansaar - Only in EVO decks.
