First thing, I have no limits to my decks. I have just about every card and ability to get any card.

Fang Pi / Ulu Watu

Fang Pi - 12

Elya *3
Macumba *4
Marlysa Cr *2
Windy Mor *3

Ulu Wata - 13

Gabrielle *2
Gaia *3
Hikiyousan *5
Joao *3

It may be an idea to swap Macumba with Kati
you could possibly swap Mindy mor for Xia Leming
dont know how it would fit in with the way you play
i dont know wot u could do for Ulu Watu i dont have a big collection of them at the moment

I prefer Ice Jim to joão, and i would put out Hikiyousan and put Nanook, less stars, so i could put better cards in the fang pi part, for example, and take out elya and put Kerozinn

I would play Kati instead of Macumba and Ice Jim instead of Joao
well and i would try to make place for keriozinn, she is really strong...

I used a similar ELO deck but mine was

Elya
Macumba
Marlysa
Kerozinn

Ice Jim
Gabrielle
Gaia
Nanook

I tried Joao for awhile but if anyone has a few cards with stop ability in thier deck they stop him every time and there is nothing you can do about it effectively giving them a free round against you. Elya already falls victim to stops and if you got a draw of Elya, Marlysa, Gabrielle and Joao you would be very hard pressed to win that fight.

Its

Marlysa
Kerozinn

Windy Mor

Ice Jim
Gaia
Nanook
Gabrielle

It is working better.. I now can stop abilities and stuff LOL.

Much improved from the 1st version, but if I were to build an Ulu Watu/fang pi deck I guess it would be something like this:

Marlysa Cr
Windy Mor lvl 2 (or Xia Leming lvl 2)
Kati
kerozinn

Gabrielle
Jeff
Nanook
Hikiyousan

this deck has power and damage but it lacks some good damage reduction, the fang pi are really strong now, try to go with Pussycats or Sakrohm as support clans,
I've been testing the last 15 elo matches with a fang pi/Pussycats deck, I lost only 3 and won 12, untill now it has proven to be even more consistent than my all time favourite All Stars Pussycats

Oh, if you're looking for a fear factor, you could always use Lost Hog instead of Kerozinn.
when played in a round, the looming fear of a one hit KO is always in place, like having a Kenny, and the devastating 5 damage/+10 life...
Kinjo works here too, but stop ability is pretty common compaired to stop bonus.

But All Stars is better than Ulu Watu But when All Stars vs Ulu Watu,i knew Ulu Watu will own because of high power cards like Nanook,Gaia,Hikiyousan, etc.
Take a look why all stars' bonus is better than Ulu Watu:
