New Horizons Mac_Leod - Divinity - Monday 12/09/2011, 10:56
Having a big reputation was fun to start off with but now that no one dares cross his path, Marco isn’t having as much fun as before. So he's off on new humanitarian adventures in war zones. No one is a prophet in his own land and it’s time for Veenyle to move away from her mentor DJ Korr and go and soak up the sounds of other techno-loving cities. From Monday, September 19th 2011, Marco and Veenyle will no longer be available in the shop’s packs. However, players who already own them can continue to use them as normal. Sales of the two characters on the Market will be blocked until the morning of Wednesday, September 14th.
That's the point ititoro.
Why would they let us just bulk up on a card that will go cr?
Truth be told most people knew Jackie would go Cr and Marco had a lot of hunches around him too.
They normally go with weak cards like Chikko, Chad Bread, Terry. Or with overpowered cards like Marco, Jackie, Tan Man.
Veenyle was really a shocker for most people, because it was a medium card. Too weak power, no damage, and just a little more than average DRing. But she was key card in JunkzELO decks, and removing her willl kinda hurt :/
@AP_KillerCat, well guessing is the name of the game, but it's not like they just pick names out of a hat. Otherwise we'd have a possibility of no Vortex crs. Urban rivals does this so they can remove tough cards, and allow people low on clintz to go cr. In other words, we can assume next time that there is a good chance we will see a cr that was extremely overpowered. I'm still getting the rifts of advanced urban rivals(my tactics are good) but i still need to understand the market much more.
