However, players who already own them can continue to use them as normal. Sales of the two characters on the Market will be blocked until the morning of Wednesday, September 14th.

@ Carnage, you can get them in packs from right now until the 19th. The cards are off the market (to purchase with clintz) until wednesday, when they will be back on the market at there new CR pricing whatever that may be.

The moratorium on sales til Wednesday is just so that sellers will have a change to adjust their prices accordingly, meaning players aren't able to buy the characters cheaply when the announcement was just made before sellers can withdraw the sales offered before the announcement. From Wednesday to Sunday, they'll be available to buy and sell again but will still be in packs too.
