Ok so i have been looking around most of the site and still cant find a satifying answer.

what are the card which give you apenalty in standard and extended.

the page on the tournement rules looks like a copy paste of elo and i'd be good with that answer but alot of people keep taling me those arent them. ut when i ask which cards are penalties i never get an answer,

if im being played then so be it but if they are right can someone direct e to a complete list.
