There's a little "contact us" option in the ? Tab, if i recall correctly. Give it a try.
It's not just you, a lot of my friends also have the same problem (on Macs). Only thing you can do is contact support and ask them what to do.
As mentioned, this should be sent as to the admins via "Contact Us" under the green question mark list.
I usually go onto Urban Rivals on a Mac, and I occasionally have this problem. I usually do not have the problem but either when my personal Wi-Fi network is getting high usage, or the Urban Rivals website is getting a lot of traffic, I cannot seem to see the home page. I am on Google Chrome.
Would you care to say which browser you are using?
