If you live in Philippines, you'll discover a new and easier mean of payment available in the Shop : MOL. You have to create a MOL account first to buy MOL points.

Yes my problem has been solved. After 6 days I finally got my credits. But then, I bought credits using MOL once again, thinking the problem has been resolved. This time it took 3 days. I asked some players and they got their credits instantly. I'm still not sure why I keep getting them very late.

If you connect UR to facebook, you will be able to buy the credits in exactly the same way. You can buy credits on any platforms (website, facebook or iPhone). You will be able to use the same account and profit from the cards you bought on the 3 platforms.

MOL is available in all 7 Eleven Stores in the Philippines, but many of their store keepers are part time staff and many Don’t have knowledge on MOL products. This is an issue Mol is trying to sort out with their 7 Eleven Management partner.
However, Mol encourages the Philippine users to top up via Load Central retail and icafe channels, which is also widely available in the Philippines.

I suggest you buy from netopia because the 7-11 DONT have the MOL option in their counters. I talked to the operations manager and he said that as soon as they fix their problem, they will send me 150 MOL points. (I payed 150 for MOL pts but they sent me e-pts) Until now, I haven't received a text or an e-mail from him so probably they haven't fixed it yet.
