New feature: XP Reserve ! Fraggle - Titan - Monday 02/08/2010, 21:10
We just released the first integration of a new feature we call "xp reserve".
Allow you to stack xp when you play using fully maxed characters. You can then use that xp in "My Collection" (we'll add this function to the collection pro as well) to level up your evolving characters.
How it works:
Your xp reserve has a max capacity based on your current level using that formula: max xp = 500 + your level * 100.
Then the extra xp is added automatically to your reserve at the end of each battle when you play using maxed characters (similar as how xp is added directly to the evolving characters).
We are going to add various ways to get capacity increases and maybe ways to get more xp in the reserve directly
It's still an early implementation but we couldn't wait!
Finally no boring wating in the warehouse for the other player to return to the screen or window any more! Or even worse... waiting for the opponent to decide on his übergod strategy to beat that guy... mhm. In short: nice! Certainly not a gamechanging addition (and not meant as such, I'd say), but a good one. You still need to do something to level but you don't need to go into the warehouse and hope for not getting somebody taking a minute per turn. Even makes narrative sense: why should the others not watch and learn when the pros go out? :O
This is brilliant, play deathmatch and buy unevolved cards and you can level to your heart's desire while actually learning how to play the game instead of the monotony of mindless leveling in the LW, good job! I only wish more of this stuff was around when I was level 15.
