I'd personally love to see a new stop: ability Skeelz card. Sure it'd be useless (like mini-mund), but it'd be hilarious to try and use to its fullest.
The problem with a super-powerful stop Skeelz is that it could just be splashed into a deck to avoid it's bonus.
Well, actually, would it be a useless ability? I mean, the condition for a Stop: X card isn't that their ability has to actually be stopped, but that the opponent has to be using a card that has "Stop Opponent Ability". Their bonus doesn't say, "Stop SoA", it says "Protection: Ability". It just means that despite the fact the opponent has a Stop Opponent Ability card, it doesn't matter. So I think a Stop: X Skeelz card would work--it would just punish the other player *even more* for playing a SoA card vs. the Skeels.
Something like 4* 7/5 Stop: -10 opp power min. 4, would be appropriate.
Actually, it sais, "cancelled out by the opposing character", ergo it would require a card like Leviatonn, Glorg, Spycee, Kersten, Baba, Shakra, Burdock, and i think that's it...
But if UR wanted a joke card, it'd be the weakest possible...

Naturally a 1/1 is present... Skeelz means no direct offense...
All Skeelz have ability... Protection bonus is completely useless in Skeelz case... And since it must advance each level, this makes worst card possible at time... Except maybe backlash, but that's no fun...
A Skeelz with backlash would prove to be interesting... An 8/7 with backlash -2 pillz min 5 could be interesting...
But back to the point, a Skeelz with a stop ability would be a bad idea, humorous as it may... 2*'s appear to be what they mainly need
