Although unevolved cards are banned in elo, I just want to know if there are any new usable cards aside from those commonly used in the past (Wanda, Gwen, Svelthlana, noodile, Zatman? and even Selsya Cr)
The only one I know that is fairly recent is Deebler because of the damg reduction. Any other ones you know/

at one point or another i have seen the cards above used in ELO
there are other cards out there i missed im sure
all the newer ones playable at a lower level never saw ELO since undeveloped/partially developed cards have been banned for a while

How is lv 3 Mikaal superior to other 3*s like Haaken and Sah Brinak? 2 power and 1 damage is a poor trade-off for one less star...

He's not, but since he has the ability at level 3, someone might theoretically use him at level 3. Same as level 4 Kalindra, 6/4 and +1lpd doesn't sound too threatening, but the option is there.

Is there still place for the unevolved cards? How about an event where only unevolved cards are use? Wouldn't it be interesting?
