So one of the mission for Fhatathathahtathgan (Vortex ld) is to win 50 pillz with one Vortex member. As far as I can tell, there are no Vortex members with + pillz abilities. Am I misunderstanding the mission?

Its the bonus you use to win pillz..... lose ---> gain back pillz.

Just use Marty, on defeat, he "wins" all pills back used on him

Its an odd wording you can use any Vortex cards which give you pillz back so revover pillz works.
