7/4 Improve Clan Bonus (except for stop bonuses)
Every clan's bonus would be improved in some way..if used with Montana, then their new bonus would be -14 attack, min 8, or with Junkz then they would have +10 attack, La Junta would have +3 damage etc.
Probably a tad bit OP seeing what it can do with the All Stars, Ulu Watu, Berzerk, Pussycats, etc. But then again, Ambre exists.

You could basically win with that card, after the first round it'd be 12-8. Unless they have a 2 hit KO, 18 is too high. Maybe 14. But with a clan a bonus that helps when they lose, i think 18 is too high.
