HOW TO POST A SUBJECT :
We will REFUSE all subjects without tags.
[SALE] + title
Write the exact price you want to sell your cards. You’ll be able to negotiate later on.
A sale is not an exchange nor an auction, the buyer has to be able to buy it at the price written in the subject.
[BUY] + title
Write the name of the card/s you want to buy.
Tell the price you want to buy it : only with clintz, it’s not an exchange.
[PURCH] + title
Write the name of the card/s you’re looking for.
Tell what you want to give in return (cards or clintz).
[EXCH/TRADE] + title
Write the name of the card/s you’re looking for.
Write the name of the card/s you want to give in return.
[AUCT] + title
In a auction you MUST write :
A start price (be realistic an choose a proper one).
A deadline (date and time)
You could also indicate a (proper) reserve price.
Write a clear and accurate subject or we will have to refuse it.
Example :
My auction will end on monday = NO
My auction will end on 31/10/2011 - 20h30 = OK

- Exchange, put in auction, sell, buy : credits, accounts, codes, passwords, real money (in fact, anything real).
- Exchange (etc.) cards or/and clintz with stuff from another game.
- Theft is forbidden of course.
- Everything that breaks the rules of our terms and conditions of use here :

Adding to this since it seems to be a problem.
Do not attempt to undercut the owner in their own Trade/Sale/Buy/Exchange threads. It falls under the same category as posting your guild link in someone else's recruitment thread. Also keep your commentary about the price being too high on a friendly level.
Ex. (While Euzebe would never do this she's being used as an example for a name's sake).
StormWhisper posts a sales thread [Sell] Charlie
I'll sell Charlie for 23,000 clintz.
Euzebe comes in and posts:
Well I think that price is stupid. I'll offer Charlie for 15,000 Clintz.
1) She should have said "Storm, your price is over market. You might want to consider lowering it." or something to that effect.
2) Offering her own Charlie. No. Not acceptable.
Thread Hijacking is a 'something absolutely horrible' offense.
Flaming Thread Hijackers is a 'something absolutely horrible' offense. (It's still an insult people).

Any thread created to sell customized avatars and banners is forbidden and will be refused.
This doesn't mean that it is not allowed to be done in guilds or as prize in events.

Due to recent freedom with the public forums, the sale of Clintz or cards have shown up in trade for other game currency or cards, as well as real money. Under article 6 in the Urban Rivals Terms and Conditions (http://www.urban-rivals.com/player/cgv.php), this is a permanently ban-able offense. DO NOT engage in this type of trade as it spells bad for both parties.
