One of the best reducers out there 2 stars -3 min 1. The best 2 in a defensive mannor yes. It isnt offensivly good though without its bonus and isnt really worth giving more then 2 pillz. Gil is best as a pilling card or a fake out kind of card. Sasha is good as a attack modifier. When it comes down to price Spiaghi is wonderful to have.

I'd say that Spiaghi is a very good 2* DR.
If you want to play with Montana. He is very good with the bonus because he could pill 1 and you opp (supposing they aren't using a attack manip card/clan bonus) will have to pill at least 2 to over come Spiaghi.

Not just the best 2* DR. She is arguably the best 2* on the game(Lehane is her only compatation)

In general: yes.
But Redra, Arno and Steve all have some other uses. (immune to SOA, SOA and counterattack).

@ zebac......i dont agree theres also Sasha, Marlysa Cr, Hawkins, Gil and many othas who pose as the best 2*
