Montana with -12 is the counter. As long as the Montana gets above the min of 8, its an even fight.

Piranas, Nightmare, Roots and GHEIST can put them in a lot of trouble

Well a mono Uppers mono Montana and even mono Junkz can bet them. I just beat them most of the times and I find them really weak

Try a Piranas deck. A cheap (ELO) option would be
Tula (2*), Taljion (3*), Tyd (3), Ulrich (3), Scubb(4), Sting (4), Hawkins Noel(2), Kristin (4)
Use your pill manipulators to set up a favorable endgame.
Tula and Taljion are brutal vs. Rescue.

If you have a decently sized budget, consider the following substitutions:
Kristin -> Smokey Cr and
Dahlia/Selma/Bloodh -> Sting
Hawkins Noel -> Hawkins.
If you're going T2, just load up with the 5*: I'd go something like this
Sliman, Dahlia, Bloodh, Pesth, Selma, Tula, Scubb, Hawkins.
Alternatively, you could toss in Morphun, Eyrik, Hugo, or Ambre.

Rescue average power = 6, Piranas = 7, add the - and + pills and then Rescue are screwed!

I´ve played Rescue for some time and i´ve only found troubles playing against Montanas. Piranas are also hard to face when Elvira isn´t there.
