Dregn is overpriced, Dagg is also a tad expensive. Vortex is officially going to become the most expensive clan if their prices stay like that.
Nobrodroid is overpriced, too. I think Peeler is a bit expensive, too.
Hax is overpriced.

Dorian is extremely powerful, and Argos is right, if you give him an ability, he'll turn into a monster. I've never seen a card turn instant Cr though.
Jay's price increased by 12k when Eloxia was released. (I think we all know why.)
Although that combo doesn't work too well, it's too predictable and very easy to counter.

I think Jay definitely deserves to be on that list, probably because everyone thinks he's going Cr.
