It’s been several weeks now we are testing a new tool which will allow you to create auctions. You’ll by able to sell one single card or a bunch of them in your auctions.
We think this tool is ready now and you should be able to use it easily. But to be sure of it, we will release its Beta version. It means you’ll be able to test this tool and create your own auctions.
To get to this new tool, go on the «Collection» tab then «Auctions». If we notice a problem during this testing phase, we will reserve the right to deactivate this tool to avoid major issues.
Let us know in this thread if you meet problems.
This tool is available for player over level 15.
If you notice a problem, please, give as much details as you can with screenshots if it’s possible. No off-board messages please.
Um. what bout people like me that have lost alot of clintz due to a glitch. it seriously just vanished. and i didn't get a screenshot cause i thought nothing was wrong till i went to another page.
waaaaaa i want my 55k clintz back
I would like to know if you may be able to put in a cancel feature, i was messing around last night and created an auction fur fun.
and after that i wanted to delete it because i could have sold the card like 5 times xD
Whats the reason to have both, a starting and a reserve price? Even if I start the auction with 50 Clintz, the real starting price is the reserve price. Everything between starting and reserve price is useless bidding. So having both makes no sense at all.
Does Kate take a cut in the auctions? because if she does, there's really not much difference here than in marketplace. we're still bidding our cards out. if we set reserve price too high, no one will bid. same with marketplace. set price too high, no one will buy.
the only use i can think of for auctions are really expensive cards like CRs and hard to get cards. auctions for those cards would serve their purpose since there'd be a bidding war. otherwise, market place is still the best place to buy cards. i won't utilize auctions to get cards. probably sell, but not buy.
Well, there is also the "exciting" factor of having a very low starting price, just to get some attention.
But indeed, in pure logical sense, the reserve price is a hidden starting price (and that's why we added a cost to using a reserve price).
We debated internally about having or not having the reserve price, but when we looked at what was happening in the boards, pple were using reserve price so much that we prefered to add it.
She does take her cut. Auctions are also interresting to sell packs of cards at once.
