Whats the most effective deck anyone can think of for an elo tourney?

What's the cheapest, most effective deck you can think of for low levels trying to get money in tournaments?

I need to know if there is a system to breaking ties in DT. I recently finished 6th in a DT with 310 BPs, and the 5th place winner also had 310 BPs.

1st Immortal One from guild Anime lovers 101 with 350 battle points won 2 928 Clintz + 1 Credit.
2nd XoV-ANGEL-VoX from guild aussie crusaders with 322 battle points won 1 928 Clintz + 1 Credit.
3rd the prof from guild Fleurdelisé with 318 battle points won 1 928 Clintz + 1 Credit.
4th R3-Critikaal from guild revolutionary elo with 311 battle points won 1 928 Clintz + 1 Credit.
5th 0 dK_Kb from guild XiongDang with 310 battle points won 1 928 Clintz + 1 Credit.
6th LMX Tiger from guild The Trend with 310 battle points won 964 Clintz + 1 Credit.

As you can see he won twice the clintz I did, is it because his username starts with a zero and they do it alphabetically, or is it random? I looked through the DT rules but couldn't find an answer. Hopefully you guys know. Thanks!

Yep which is the best Sentinel 5* and Ulu Watu 4* to run in a dt (other than Buck, who I don't rly like)
Also, don't suggest Tessa Cr since I'm dirt poor and don't want to use my capital to get her.

Seriously, the 1:30 time limit is the most bogus thing in UR. It really needs to be changed to :45. Im sick and tired of having 7 min games when im taking less the 5-10 seconds to make my play. If people want to play slow games let them play in Survior or elo. DTs are all about playing fast and well at the same time. People have no business in the Type 1 and Type 2 rooms(during DT times) if all they are going to do is stop people for having a fair chance at winning dts.

Any tips on how to improve my deck

Im a little new and Im thinking of making a new deck I got Geist as the starting and aside from the starting cards i have

Im still a little new so i cant afford the more expensive cards
Im not sure if i should go mono GHEIST or half and if i go half im not sure what to half it with
Im making this for DT T1 because i assume T2 is a lot harder to win for new players
also should i put a Leader in it?

Hey everyone,
I'm lookin' for a good Montana/Uppers deck to compete in daily tornaments and place quite high as they are they dominant deck.However,here's the catch; I only have 54k/54000 clings so I can't get Jackie Cr, so I'm asking how could I build such a deck?

I've read on the FAQ that if 2 characters with the same attack go at it the lowest level of the 2 will win. However, when I had a 2* 28atk Wardog go against a 3* 28atk Gianfranco I STILL lost.

How is this possible?

I used 5 pills on Wardog and the opponent used 4 pills on Gianfranco. Because of Gianfranco's ability, I was hit with -12 attack which brought Wardog to 28.

Be aware I'm using an Ipod Touch to play the game and I'm in the ELO which has random turned off.
